- If you encounter a problem with one of our products, you can return to us for evaluation but first you’ll need to contact us and request an RMA number, goto the “contact us” section to request the RMA and explain the problem you are experiencing.
- Once we’ve given you an RMA number, you can arrange shipping of the faulty product back to our factory.
- When we’ve received the returned product, we’ll carry out a full evaluation of the problem and come back to you with feedback
